Roll out the red carpets, ladies: It’s officially awards season! These high glamour weeks are a favorite pastime of our editor at large Derek Blasberg, so it was fitting that this week he was on the lookout for dresses — from gowns to the cocktail variety. There was a parade of beauties who turned up at the Golden Globes – see our coverage here – but red carpets are like an epidemic, so Derek looked beyond just the ceremony to miles of fancy fêtes for his favorite looks. There were a couple of checkmates (Kirsten Dunst and Jessica Alba, both in Louis Vuitton), and a few blushing beauties (Naomi Watts, Sienna Miller and Felicity Jones all were thinking pink for various festivities).
